This is the missed call alert, which sends a detailed report of all missed calls while the handset is in the off mode or out of service area zone as soon as it is back on again.

• Register Call Keeper: send DK[password] to 902. Password: 4 digits
• Cancel: send HB[Password] to 902

 5U
"5U – 5 utilities package” is the service which subscribers can use a package of all 5 services including ColorRing, Call Keeper, Web SMS, Web SMS Chat and Voice Mail with a lower fee than all the separate services combined.

This is an information query and consulting service. The service rate depends on its number. The rate includes airtime fee (9.7 cents/min) and content fee (depends on the service)

When the customer wants to stop using the Vietnam wireless numbers, he/she should inform the V247 Customer Service in Vietnam at 095-880-8247 or the V247 Customer Service in the United States at 1-888-880-8247. If he/she stops using it without giving the prior notice to V247, he/she still has to pay the subscription fee of 99 cents/week (beginning on the 2nd week after activation) until he/she notifies V247. He/she has the option of keeping his/her Vietnam wireless numbers for later use with the subscription fee of 99 cents/week.
