  		In US or Canada: Dial Local Access Number or Toll Free number.  In Vietnam: Dial the Vietnam DID number. The operator will announce your available balance.

• Step		Enter the destination phone number
  		Calling International Phone Number Dial country code + area code + phone number + "#" Calling US or Canada Phone Number: Dial 1+ number + "#"
  		Example: Calling from Houston, Texas to a landline (366 8855) in Dong Nai province, Vietnam. Step 1: Dial Local Access Number for Houston, Texas (281-657-1333)              Operator will announce your available balance Step 2: Call to Vietnam: Country code (84) + province area code (61) + phone number + "#"

  

  *Do not dial "011"
  *Do not press the TALK or SEND keys after the destination number.

  *US/Canada calls: Must dial "1" before phone number.

  *Customers MUST block international call service with US carriers.

II.  INSTRUCTIONS FOR ADDING MONEY

        Option 1:  Contact Customer Service Center 1.888.880.8247.   

        Option 2:  Visit our website at www.savingcall.com

                          Step 1:  Log-in with your phone number and password
                          Step 2:  Click on "View/Make Payment", select "Make Payment"
                          Step 3:  Type in credit card information and amount to be added.

                          We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal.               

        Option 3:  Visit an authorized V247 reseller to add additional credit to your account.
