    Step Dial Local Access or Toll Free Number
       
  • Step Enter your PIN number
       
    • The operator will announce your available balance.
  • Step Enter a destination phone number
       
    • Calling international phone number:
      Dial country code + area code + destination phone number + "#"
    • Calling US or Canada phone number:
      Dial 1 + destination number + "#"

    * Do not dial "011".
    * Don't press TALK or SEND key after the destination number.
    * U.S/Canada Calls: Must dial "1" before the phone number. 
    * Customer MUST block international call service with US carriers.
    * V247 is not responsible for misdialing and misuage of local access numbers by customers    

    Example:
    Calling from San Jose, California, to a landline in Dong Nai province, Vietnam (Ex. 366.8855).
    How to make a call:
    Step 1:  Dial Local Access Number for San Jose, California (408-213-1821).
    Step 2:  Enter your PIN number. (The system will announce your available balance)
    Step 3:  Enter Vietnam country code (84) + province area code (61) + phone number (366.8855) + "#"
